It has a lovely bouquet, beautifully defined, with incense and pressed iris petal aromas wafting from the glass. The medium-bodied palate delivers fine-grained tannins, a crisp bead of acidity and a touch of white pepper on the finish. - ABOUT THE WINE: The estate's younger vines are meticulously handpicked, ensuring only the finest grapes proceed to fermentation. These selected grapes undergo a controlled fermentation and maceration process in temperature-regulated stainless steel vats. The wine then embarks on a 12 to 15-month aging journey in French oak barrels, one-third of which are new, all resting atop a gravel bed designed to perfectly regulate humidity.
